FITRAH BREATHING (the process of returning to natural and free breathing) and the process of the death of the ego and physical death are profound methods for addressing both the death of the ego and physical death.

Through this practice, the natural, free, and normalized respiratory biomechanics are restored, allowing the body to be cleansed from the psychosomatized darkness that the ego (nafs) has generated.
This not only improves physical health but also purifies the being on a deeper level. It is a journey toward reconnecting with these two deaths, to awaken the life that remains dormant in both the body and the heart, guiding the person toward a more conscious and authentic existence.

In the process of returning to natural breathing, Fitrah Breathing, we deeply address the psychosomatic conflicts that have disrupted respiratory biodynamics. These conflicts, accumulated over time, are often the result of emotional tensions, limiting thought patterns, and a disconnection from the body. By working through and releasing these restrictions, we facilitate a return to an authentic, free, and harmonious state of breathing.
This process is intrinsically tied to the death of the ego, as it involves letting go of conditioning and false selves that have shaped not only how we breathe but also how we live. It is an act of surrender and humility, recognizing that breathing nourishes not just the body but also the soul.
Furthermore, this journey brings us to a profound recognition of the mortal body. Conscious breathing reminds us of the impermanence of our physical existence and prepares us for the inevitable reality of the body’s death. It is an act of acceptance that, rather than invoking fear, awakens gratitude for the present life and guides us toward a more honest and sacred relationship with our essence and our purpose in this life and the hereafter.

Teaching FITRAH BREATHING
Self-Realization in Biomechanics Begins with Oneself
Biomechanics manifests in multiple functions and approaches. By putting it into practice, we achieve self-realization and develop a noble character. To accomplish this, we must prepare ourselves internally, confronting the darkness of our own nafs and the nafs of those who teach respiratory biodynamics incorrectly.
Fitrah Breathing is like a sword: when applied, it discerns right from wrong, establishing order, truth, and authenticity in respiratory biomechanics.
It is better to destroy a poorly constructed and distorted respiratory biodynamics than to continue practicing it, as this would only increase error and lead to illness

Fitrah Breathing: The Throne of Life's Balance
This image profoundly encapsulates the essence of Fitrah Breathing, the natural and harmonious breathing that resonates with the divine design of the human body. At its core lies the radiant heart, symbolizing the seat of vitality, spiritual awareness, love and the pulse of life. This heart radiates energy and connectivity, extending its influence through the lungs and airways, highlighting the unity between our physical and spiritual existence.
The lungs are intimately connected to the rūḥ (spirit), as they serve as the medium through which the breath of life is manifest within us. Allah is Nafas ar-Raḥmānī (the Merciful Breath), and His breath continues to sustain the flame of life burning within us, as well as the luminous flame of the spirit that guides and gives us purpose. In every inhalation and exhalation, we can perceive a subtle connection to this divine manifestation, reminding us that our existence is constantly upheld by His infinite mercy.
The intricate patterns surrounding the organs echo the perfect balance between the material and the ethereal, portraying how breathing is not just a biological process but a gateway to our innermost self. The glowing aura enhances this message, illustrating that each breath is a sacred act tied to our Creator.
In the background, the structural columns signify strength, stability, and the foundational aspects of life. They mirror the pivotal role of Fitrah Breathing in supporting bodily systems and fostering spiritual alignment, reminding us that balance in breathing nurtures both our physical and spiritual realms.
Fitrah Breathing is not just about breathing. Achieving free and normalized respiratory biomechanics involves the trunk expanding harmoniously in six directions: posterior, anterior, lateral, downward, and upward, simultaneously. This respiratory model, besides reflecting the natural design of the body, allows for full and harmonious respiratory movement, optimizing lung function and fostering a deeper connection between body and spirit.
This uniform expansion not only enhances respiratory capacity but also helps release tension, restore natural movement patterns, and cultivate conscious breathing that nurtures both the physical body and emotional and spiritual states. It is also about restoring harmony within oneself and aligning the body's rhythms with divine order. It reminds us to approach each breath as a sacred act, nourishing both our physical existence and our spiritual essence.
